Actually, an old biker myself, I saw the value of mounting this on my wife's walker. People hear it soon enough so as to not be offended. On the other hand, there is some confusion when she is working the aisles at the thrift stores. She likes it, and that is what counts.

- Its loud ring is perfect for use in busy urban areas, where there's a lot of traffic and distractions

- The bell can easily come off if not tightened properly
