As a professional in the area of shoe maintenance and accessories, I was let down by Footmatters. They have a lot of options, but the quality isn't great. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that not all of their shoe care goods lived up to their claims. In addition, I found that the selection of jewelry and watch straps was not as extensive as they had advertised. The shipping took longer than anticipated, and the items weren't properly packaged. The overall shopping experience was not pleasant, and I cannot suggest Footmatters for anyone seeking for high-quality fashion and foot care products.
