I got this when my sportswear didn't have pockets but a big bulky fanny pack. What I like about it is that it stays in place and doesn't slip or sag so you hardly notice. I can put my phone in there and maybe a key, a credit card, and some lip balm. Can't bring much else together. But all I really wanted was a phone and my keys. I would definitely describe it as light, comfortable and great for a workout, run or bike ride. He doesn't bounce when running, an added bonus. It almost looks like part of an outfit, or you can wear a shirt right over it without looking too flashy. This causes a lot of sweat underneath, which is probably inevitable. My biggest problem is that getting dressed reminds me to put on a very tight bra! In fact, I broke my nail once trying to bend it. It stretches a lot and the clasp stays in place but is difficult to open. The only real way to wear it is, well, like a bra. I suppose that's how it should be, but it makes putting them on and taking them off awkward and annoying. However, for keeping my phone with me and being able to listen to music through Bluetooth headphones, it helps.
