I was recently remodeling the room that housed my electronics and needed to replace the cable on my 22 year old Monster speaker with a new cable. I chose this wire based on the reviews. I have an Onkyo 22 receiver, Bose speakers and a recently purchased TEAC CD-P650 player. I can only say WOW! How important is this wire. I couldn't believe the sound coming out of my Bose speakers. And I don't have it (yet). This wire is marked with a white stripe on one side and the other side is unmarked for ease of connection. The plastic can be removed just as easily. I used scissors. I highly recommend this wire. Just don't wait as long as me. You will miss a very pleasant and amazing listening experience.
