Used this plate in combination with a RAM mounting arm and clip to mount my Valentine V1G2 to my motorcycle. VHB glue holds the metal plate to the motorcycle. the bottom of the radar, which is inserted into a plastic base and held in place with a magnet. The mount is strong enough not to wobble during hard driving and releases with a slight twist. My only regret is that I overtightened the screw, crushing the soft plastic in one of the corners.
