would bet on it. Works great on my PC with PCIe x4 slot, providing 10G network speed and access to two SATA NVME drives simultaneously. This is NOT RAID but it worked fine with my 2TB M.2 WD Blue NVME drives and network. I ended up uninstalling it as it was interfering with another PCIe device I was using for a SATA raid with an ASMedia ASM1061R (RAID) chipset, but that's only my problem when using two devices with the same chipsets that interfering with each other and not a problem with the device goes without saying. When the problem started, it was actually because the other device wasn't showing up, not this one. probably something to do with the PCIe initialization order, but I'm just using it on another PC anyway
