The software was easy to learn because of its intuitive interface that made it simple for us as first time users. There are some features which could use additional development but we were able reach out via their customer success team if needed! We have been very pleased with our experience thus far using this product so there really isn't anything I can say about my personal dislike or disliking aspect at all - everything has worked flawlessly from onboarding through implementation phase as well during support calls/tickets submitted when issues arise after go-live date (which happens occasionally).
