Review on Bruntmor Pre Seasoned Reversible Griddle 20 Inch by Richard Gilbert

I bought this pan and grill combo to have a two burner grill for my induction cooktop. Due to the durable iron, this type of cookware is well suited for use on induction stoves. Provided you place it carefully and NEVER move pans across the hob. Since on the grill side most of the cast iron would be lifted off the cooktop surface, I knew the grill side would not be usable. (Although I have an electric skillet, I wasn't worried.) I decided to check out this site just to confirm my suspicion that it would be disposable. To my surprise, the pan got REALLY hot. (In my reach, if there isn't enough magnetic resonance being generated, the level setting will flash to let you know the pan is NOT heating up. The readout stayed constant and the pan was heating evenly.) So good to know that at least SOME did If induction is the case, this cast iron double sided grill/pan can be used at all power levels! If you have induction, this might work for you too! (My range is Frigidaire) MANY competitive grill pans/pans simply do NOT allow the grill side to work due to the very deep inset on the grill side. Too far away from the magnetic coils means no heating. This pan has grill lines deep enough to create nice grill marks and drain grease while still allowing my stovetop to use the pan function! I look forward to using this pan again. Since it's cast iron, it will be passed down to my children when I die! Treat cast iron well and it will last forever!
