Not suitable for gnocchi

I bought these specifically for making ricotta gnocchi; not for oil production, so my reviews reflect that. The grooves are not very wide or deep to get a gnocchi finish. Fante's gnocchi boards are better suited for this. However, now I'm fascinated with making my own oil and will give it a try.
