Poor Customer Service from Ivay
I was dissatisfied with Ivay's internet store as a consumer. The clothes I ordered didn't fit because the sizing chart was incorrect. Customer service was unresponsive and useless when I contacted them. I reached out to them several times, but I never heard back. I won't be returning to Ivay to shop.
