Arrived, missing components

One of the key components in this set are two hoses of water called elastic glue, which I think means some kind of fabric glue. The kit I received had two orange tubes, each with foil at the top of the lid. But after removal, the tubes were completely empty. This renders the kit unusable in most cases as in most cases the damaged vinyl/leather flap will need to be glued on before the Terra can be resealed.
