Defective gloves and no customer service
The gloves were really ok for about a month. A bit cozy, but at 45 degrees your hands are usually warm. The touch screen seems to work. about as good as expected. Then a hole opened up between the fingers. Upon closer inspection, I don't think these gloves knit properly. I contacted support via email but they ignored me. So these gloves are fine, and if they're faulty, you're out of luck.
