Failed after only 6 months

Given the price I thought it would be a quality product that would last a long time. The clamp failed and the bearing failed after only 6 months of use. This was used for sliding gates. The gates withstand the specified load well. Three were used on an 18 foot span. It looks like there is no way to contact the company. I had to order a replacement until I figured out how to fit a better set of wheels.

Pros

LOADING CAPACITY - Does the roller deform easily? This is not a problem. Because our V-pulley has higher strength and better resistance to deformation, its bearing performance is excellent both as pulley and sliding wheel.
