Used after a day in the sun and sea water. My hair was already pretty frizzy since I've had two perms in a row (the first time was a train wreck!) and after being in and out of the water all day the salt definitely didn't help! I applied a decent amount to my hair after shampooing and then relaxed a bit in the bath to let it soak in before rinsing off. After rinsing, I already felt that my hair was very silky, so there was no need to apply conditioner. After drying my hair I felt my hair was softer and a little less frizzy. My sister also tried the product and was very happy with the result! I don't think I'll be using it every time I shower, but I think it's a good hair treatment to do about once a week.
