I thought this product was almost a technical marvel when I bought it; it's NOT like that! I figured this would REDUCE my central air conditioning bills. I don't think that's really the case. I plan to return it. First, when fully charged, it won't even last through the night. water runs out and electricity runs out; So now I sleep in a humidified room and the room gets HOT because the device turns off and I wake up in a warmer, wetter room! I would say that the air exiting is about one to five degrees colder than the surrounding air. It doesn't even cool a small room! It must be aimed directly at the person to feel cooler. I almost didn't notice the difference! Maybe I should have given it a star. I had to charge it every day when I woke up. It is difficult to plug the machine into the socket. I had problems with that too. If you want to feel a little cooler for about six to eight hours when it's aimed straight at you, buy this product. Otherwise it's a WASTE OF MONEY! Buy it. You'll see. I had to fill it up, charge it; and I could spend more money on cooling than just using the air conditioning in my apartment.
