They have an excellent non-stick coating and the small size is perfect for my toaster

These are excellent non-stick pans in terms of non-stick finish. They aren't heavy and my only complaint is that the steel isn't as thick as my other pans and therefore doesn't even out the temperature like most other pans I've tried. But that doesn't matter when you use it in the oven, which is why I'm giving it five stars because of the non-stick surface.
