I've been needing to upgrade my cookie bowls for a long time and this three pack is a great all round package. With Thanksgiving and Christmas just weeks away, those comfy sheets will have their fair share of cookies, biscuits, crescent-shaped buns, and just about every other convenience food that goes with the season.

Finally I can bake more than one baking sheet at the same time! I can usually only bake one tray at a time in my oven, but two smaller trays fit side by side. I've already tried this and it worked, the cookies cooked evenly. I've also fried potato wedges on these sheets and it worked really well. Cleaning these sheets was easy; They really are non-stick. This is a great find.

These are excellent non-stick pans in terms of non-stick finish. They aren't heavy and my only complaint is that the steel isn't as thick as my other pans and therefore doesn't even out the temperature like most other pans I've tried. But that doesn't matter when you use it in the oven, which is why I'm giving it five stars because of the non-stick surface.

These are non-stick baking sheets and you get three. Large: 18.5" x 13, Medium: 16.5" x 11", Small: 14.5" x 10, all 0.75" high. Very easy to use, probably the best pans I've ever used! You really aren't liable. It's cookie season and being celiac I love to bake delicious gluten free cookies to share with family and friends. Sometimes these cookies can be stickier than regular cookies, so the non-stick coating on these sheets is a lifesaver! Just don't use metal utensils for this so you don't ruin them - but I've had no trouble with a soft plastic spatula. to transfer my cookies from these trays to the cooling rack…

While not the best baking sheets money can buy, they are surprisingly good quality for the price. They are a good balance of strength and lightness. Not so thin that they deform easily, but not so thick that they weigh a ton. The non-stick surface is smooth to the touch and has good coating quality. It's not the slickest of finishes compared to the higher quality sheets I've used, but it should clean up very easily with a non-abrasive pad after a good soak once a stubborn buildup has settled…

My poor baking sheets tend to torment a lot, they look at everything from cooked steaks to outdoor smokers, temporary plant pot holders etc simple biscuits and so far the set is holding up well. They warp in extreme heat, so my adventurous quest for the perfect steak pan continues, but they didn't delaminate like other nonstick sheets have done to me under the grill.
