My poor baking sheets tend to torment a lot, they look at everything from cooked steaks to outdoor smokers, temporary plant pot holders etc simple biscuits and so far the set is holding up well. They warp in extreme heat, so my adventurous quest for the perfect steak pan continues, but they didn't delaminate like other nonstick sheets have done to me under the grill. (with a rack to keep the steak off the pan) One of the trays in the picture has some baked fat from a recently cooked steak (it just bakes on the surface, not the coating coming off). It takes a really long time to endure such torture and I am very happy with this set so far. The non-stick coating is mediocre non-sticky, extremely greasy, and the sugar can be removed by soaking or blotting like most other sheets I've had. I particularly like the wide edges, they make it easier to hold the trays in the oven. The leaves are quite thin and light. Overall good value for money.
