Easy to use, non-stick

Very easy to use, probably the best pans I've ever used! You really aren't liable. It's cookie season and being celiac I love to bake delicious gluten free cookies to share with family and friends. Sometimes these cookies can be stickier than regular cookies, so the non-stick coating on these sheets is a lifesaver! Just don't use metal utensils for this so you don't ruin them - but I've had no trouble with a soft plastic spatula. to transfer my cookies from these trays to the cooling rack. Very, very good baking sheet set!
