FRAM CA9492 Correct Filter for Malibu LS 2.4L 2008
Although Revain customization says it is not for Malibu LS 2.4L 2008 it is the same Fram part number is the same as in my car and fits perfectly. Also the fram site says it's correct and other cross referenced sites. It differs slightly in that the old one had a rigid plastic frame with a rubber gasket around the filter element material. The new one I just got is made entirely of filter element material, only the gasket is thickened.
