All I can say is WOW! It was a birthday gift but we were waiting for the order. We knew it wouldn't be here for my birthday but we were fine. Not only did it show up 6 days early, I got it on my birthday which made my husband feel a lot better. I still love the laptop and the backpack is a charging backpack! I think I missed it when we ordered. I am very satisfied with the quality, delivery and service. Thanks very much!
