The table was finally set up in a relatively short time. However, it turned out that the table was not level, as one leg was shorter than all three. makes the changing table unstable and almost unusable! There were also problems with the changing pad. There was hair in the sealed package and there were several holes in it! I called Delta Customer Service because there is a special piece of red paper in the package asking me to do this before shipping it back to Revain. I share information about a misaligned table and a dirty and damaged pillow and was told there was nothing we could do but call Revane to have him come back. received no apologies or sincerity for bad product. I will not put my child on this product and I will not recommend others to buy it. Shame as I've seen all the rave reviews. I may have received a lemon, but will not look at any Delta product in the future. In short: the table is not level and the changing mat is disgusting (hair and several stitches) rendering the whole product unusable. Customer service doesn't care.
