I like cookie cutters with a white side. They offer consistent quality.

I use these bits for professional inlay work. Carbide is delicate due to the small diameter of the blade. Work slowly and make multiple passes to reach the final depth of cut. If you push the blade too hard and too fast it can snap, but that's the nature of carbide.
