I bought this tablet to replace my mother's RCA tablet with Windows 10. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the tablet and the keyboard case that came with it is durable and customizable. It appeared in Windows mode, but it's a user setting and can easily be changed. Responsiveness and speed together with the battery are very effective. In addition, this tablet has useful ports such as USB and mini-HDMI, as well as many other things that others do not have. 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, it's definitely an improvement and very fast. Everything from the charger to the tablet is high quality so I highly recommend it. ***Update*** I bought this for my mom as an early Christmas present. I noticed that the screen edges were wavy around the bezel. The system was fast, launching games and loading web pages very quickly for a Windows 10 tablet. Unfortunately, the spot where the screen edge meets the bezel resulted in the touchscreen activating unintentionally. For example, if you touch the middle of the screen, the notification and options window will open. This happened in several places on the screen, I also noticed that the screen bezel has a loose connection where it meets the frame that you can easily slide around the edges with some pressure. If it wasn't for that I would have kept it but had to return for another tablet. The case is very nice and solid, the specs are pretty good, the screen was the only problem I had.
