Contacted the company over 2 days ago because my cameras were working fine with my old dash cam, hooked it up to my cameras and 6 of them only showed black and white images that day. Rebooted the system several times and always got 2 to 3 cameras in color and the rest in black and white. The strangest thing is that almost every reboot has had a different camera! The company/seller did not respond and none of their troubleshooting tips on the website helped. Not worth the money, will be back soon and my old DVR connected to backup shows perfect cameras with perfect color. The only reason I replaced it is because it doesn't recognize hard drives.
