Can I return in my review

I purchased this 30 lb bag and the kibbles are way to big for my adult dog because he is an adult but a small dog. I had him on the Royal Canin GI diet and was told by vet I can keep him on the same food just doesn't have to be GI and I had noooo idea that the kibbles would be so big. My dog choked and vomit. Is there a way to return this bag or any idea on how to make kibble smaller. Please help! It said medium so I figured it would be perfect but its definitely too large.
