A simple yet powerful data and record management tool
The thing i like about this tool was how it made managing my records easy as its very intuitive which makes using easier than other tools out there (i tried others before). I think what could be improved are they have some features for mobile users but overall great service so far! Customer support has also been responsive at answering any queries or doubts we had regarding their product/service. We can organize our Data Protection responsibilities by easily categorizing each record of ours within different folders such us "Marketing", 'Legal' etc..
Pros
- Easy to use
- Ability track contacts with ease
- Allows you keep all your information organized in an orderly manner even if that means just one folder per client, business relationship type & year !!! It allows me access everything from wherever is most convenient without disrupting flow when processing new data.
