The good: comfortable, thick, provides some support.Drawbacks: not as much compression as some other options, not super rigidI like the knit texture and the support of this ankle sleeve. It's breathable in ways that some of the others I've tried really aren't. The brace stays where it is supposed to without slouching on my foot. I would not necessarily describe this sleeve as a brace, it's not as confining as that. Good for support more than for limiting movement. It's a great option for walking or running after nursing a sprained ankle, as a transition from a brace to normal life.
