Review on Mindstamp by Antonio Urbina

Very good customer service from both tech people & sales/marketing team! They are very diligent about getting our business needs met in an efficient manner. Not so much that we have any complaints but rather they provide excellent support for their products which makes us feel comfortable using them as one stop shop solution provider where all aspects of client's campaigns can be supported. I wish there was room for improvement only because the product is great - it does exactly what we need at this point in time but if new features (or lack thereof) become available down the road then perhaps we could use those too instead of having two different platforms or accounts? Just make sure to take into account how long you want your organization to utilize these services before making your decision regarding implementation timeline / budget restraints etc. We were able to easily integrate mind stamp within our existing tool set without causing additional disruption to current workflow procedures; no training needed and easy integration once deployed. Mindstamp is easy to use and has a simple and clear interface. The team is very responsive and helpful. The best thing is their support team. They are very responsive and help you with all your questions. Nothing. I have tried other software but Mindstamp is the best. They have helped us to create a better engagement with our customers.
