fits like a glove. into my double sliding door to 83

purchased part from South Shore Flooring, $9.99 and free shipping, arrived in 5 days. the problem is, the only difference is the shape from the original and a slightly longer screw thread, but not the screw itself. we'll go with that. The white color latch is a replacement for the pre 1983 old stone colored style Andersen sliding door knob latch, the only difference being the shape, threading and price.
