But then he turned a pair of black nylon rubberized construction gloves inside out so the rubber part was on the inside of his hand. I put them in these mittens for lining and NOW THEY ARE HELL WARM. If you leave the rubber part out, you will never wear these gloves. However, with the nylon on the outside, the mittens fit well and that really makes a difference in terms of warmth.
