I just received this insert for my large Michael Kors bag and it is amazing! I have a large size and it is perfect. In the lower part there are side pockets with Velcro the size of a mobile phone or a Mophy charger, and there is enough space on the sides to put a laptop inside if you wish. It's not too tall, 13 inches rises about 2/3 in so things won't fall out if the tote is knocked over! The most pleasant thing is that it's soft and flexible, but it seems thick so I hope it doesn't break. I figured if I was spending that much money on a large bag, I might put a few extra dollars on the insert. I am satisfied, the money was not spent in vain. PS Measure your bag to order the right size.
