Mine was dented. Received an opened box at a discount and just kept it because I didn't want to return it. The paint they use is really poor quality and has worn off in a few places with normal use. The chairs easily support my weight or my husband's and we often sit at the table with our little one. I weigh about 112 pounds and I believe my husband weighs just over 160 pounds. We have a 21 month old who uses this table and loves it. She's still a bit small for a table, but she doesn't seem to mind that much. My 4 year old friends sat at the table and were better for him at height. The chairs don't tip over easily, although I'm sure they can if you have a violent child. My daughter stood and sat on it and leaned back until she fell. I would say for the price this is a decent table and I think it will last a while. I'll probably paint it a better color someday. At the moment, however, it looks like a run-down farmhouse.
