Review on The Optimal Titanium Long 🥄 Spoon: Your Ideal Companion for Outdoor Eating by Scoony Taker

I love the smooth finish of the bucket. I also have a Sea to Summit spoon that has a rough texture and poor mouthfeel. This Optimus lure has a smooth mouthpiece like my old long handled REI lure that is no longer for sale (I gave it to my husband because he hated the Sea to Summit lure). I've been using long handled titanium spoons when hiking for a number of years and these are the best I've found. Because the spoon is slightly flattened at the tip, it gets all the leftover food out of the corners of typical deep pockets without getting your hands dirty. This is the ideal length for Jet Boil. Jetboils are a little deep, so the long handle and flattened tip are great for stirring food at the bottom of the pot. The handle fits into the Jet Boil cup slots between the stirred foods so I can protect it from dirty surfaces in the backcountry. The color is a typical titanium gray, not the light green of the promotional photo. Very strong and light.
