Let me first say this is the best controller I have ever used and it made me switch from the Playstation style ( Dpad/stick swapped) to switch Xbox-style buttons. However after buying 2, one in October and one in November. 5 months of very easy play on 2 different computers and the A key is stuck on both. It also feels different, like a sharper punch. I feel like it should be more reinforced or have a harder rubber bumper underneath. After a few months of pressing the A button, I was fed up. What I usually do when this happens to a controller is rip it apart and rotate what is supposed to be a 4 point shim, but apparently they used a very confusing proprietary setup here that they really don't fix or adjust be able. It snaps into place, once the rubber releases the button starts to stick. There's not much you can do other than deal with it or get something else. I don't think they'll even honor the warranty here as they'll probably say it's due to wear and tear or something. I'm a bit torn here. I would have sworn by a Logitech controller for years and reversed my recommendations when I got them, but that button issue recurred too quickly and the hassle isn't worth the smoother feel. I'm going back to Logitech.
