Adorable Hat! for my opinion
Very feminine and adorable. NOT white, more off white with a yellowish under-tone. I was fine with the off-white color because it is an attractive cloche. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for a hat to pair with a feminine summer dress.
