Looks great straight out of the box. No replacement screws are supplied, it is a Mopar 6508775AA BTW Torx head screw. Why don't they turn the screws? This is equivalent to "batteries not included". If you're replacing a mirror because the original has rusted (a known problem), you probably don't want to put the original screws back if they show signs of corrosion. You will also need a Torx T40 screwdriver. It's really easy to install. The problem with this mirror is that it's too easy to set up. Looks good at first, doesn't it? No, that is not so! Every bump in the road causes the mirror inside the housing to wobble. When I look in the mirror while driving and hit a bump in the road, it seems like I'm imagining Parkinson's. I am ordering a genuine replacement jeep to return. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this product because it's cheaper. You will be disappointed. Your Jeep deserves a quality mirror.
