I bought these truck footrests from Buyers to make it easier to use my RV's emergency exit window. I installed two of these under an emergency exit window and they work great. The only thing I would like is a rubber gasket for the base. I used tape on the base to prevent it from splitting the RV wall, but a heavy duty rubber pad designed for them would be much better, even if it was an extra cost or an option. You can use 5/16" screws to mount them and they are very strong and well made. Great product and currently on sale at a great price (under $25).
