Review on ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Omega 32225B Heavy-Duty Jack Stand - 22 Ton Capacity in Black by Owen Blanco

Expensive but indestructible.

How much is your life worth? I'm hoping for at least a few hundred dollars on stands. Vehicles are heavy and can injure or kill you if the jacks fail. There's a lot of panic around Jacks, but the reality is that if they don't work, you're done. There are better places to save money on IMO tools. Does the lever break? Cracks in the socket? Spring. Was standing? Goodbye. Although it's certainly not the only stand on the planet that stands; This is a very good option. The design of the stylus is basically foolproof, and the fact that it's attached means it can't be lost. The wide welded base makes it unlikely to tip over, and the compression design means the welds only hold the steel in place vertically. The vise actually supports a lot of weight as with typical cheap designs where if the weld fails your stand becomes a piece of sheet metal. The carry handle is good - I'm strong and these bad boys are HEAVY. I would not recommend them for track use - they are overkill for most race machines and very difficult to move. If you are looking for a durable jack I would highly recommend them.

  • Decent performance
Cons
