So disappointed with the quality. After 2 years (coincidentally end of warranty) the toothbrush charger started to fail. It stops working on the second or third cycle. I emailed the company and asked them to fix or replace the unit hoping they would provide some sort of service as the warranty had just expired. The agent said no and I was directed to a link to purchase a new one (oh, $5 off in the mail!, no thanks). I lasted another 4 months as I also invested in replacement brushes but every morning it was a race to reach all the teeth seconds before they died and I went back to manual brushing. Gradually he stopped holding a charge and is now dead. Flosser still works well and that's her strength I think. Big mistake with the brush. I will pick up my next Phillips toothbrush. The last one lasted almost 10 years. sorry water. Do more for your customers and improve quality.
