Since the device doesn't come with a SIM card, I haven't set it up yet. It came quickly; However, the packaging/instruction manual appears to be fake. The paper felt too thick and the ink looked smeared. The device looked new with no scratches or scuffs. I will update it later after the installation is complete. UPDATE: This unit was easy to set up in the AT&T store AFTER they figured out what/older SIM is for. I have been able to use the device for a few months. The biggest problem I had is that when all devices are unplugged, it randomly shows no battery and completely freezes the device. Simply pulling out the battery and reinserting it will restart the device and be ready to use again. I also had to do a factory reset once because the device no longer showed "used data"; Upon further investigation, this is a known issue with this device model. In general, the device is usable, although it is very disappointing at times. I would suggest buying elsewhere just for the headache.
