Fits snugly in the large empty space in the console of my Ford 250 Lariat. Very strong and strong. However, let me point out that you must be good at jigsaw puzzles as there are no instructions and all the pieces must be properly oriented in order for them to fit together. I had three years of aerospace engineering in college and it still took about five minutes to align and install properly. With the directions it would only take a few minutes. By the way, it should be put in the console with pieces. You can't mount it on the outside of the console and then place it inside - too tight a fit, which you really want anyway.
