I really like this chopper made from nice beach wood. This is the only one I've seen with interchangeable blades. I shredded a few dozen cabbages and a bunch of other veggies. It works great and produces nice little pieces that are perfect for sauerkraut or coleslaw. I have read many complaints about this product buckling. Do not leave wooden products in the water, they will not deform. Dry thoroughly and oil regularly. Any cooking oil (meat block oil, olive oil, or avocado oil) will do. If you worry or can't keep it dry, put something heavy on it when you put it away.
