I used to have a thick blanket made of 100% Russian wool. i got it You don't need warmth to keep warm with it in winter. I lost this precious blanket. I use a very light 100% wool fabric with a blanket over it. I keep warm and don't need extra heat from a portable heater. I bought this Poet rug thinking it would be like a Russian one, but felt like I didn't have a rug. I woke up cold My body is stressed, when my body is cold, when I sleep I wake up hungry. Smells like wool, but not warm at all. I sent it back because I'm spending money on something that doesn't work. Maybe the factory recycled it and lost the health benefits.
