The best I have found are balm and moisturizer

Carmex was used years ago and it worked great, but the way from the tube can be a little chaotic. I've switched to chapstick and others that swivel (like lipstick) because they're easier to control. None of them work better than Carmex so I came back and my lips are happier again.
