Exact replacement with all hardware needed. I also bought a PlastiKote Honda Paint Match aerosol can and a Dupli-Color Clear Coat aerosol can (the smallest of them all). With 10 minutes of surface prep and no masking, I was able to get a perfectly fitting replacement mirror, all for less than a used fitting replacement. The only thing that worries me, although I only find it bothersome when idling, is that the mirror itself seems a little less stable in assembly than the OEM, wobbles slightly when the engine is running and I'm sitting at a traffic light my needs. In general I am very happy.
