Good headphones, great customer service team!
We bought a couple of these for our office and initially the sounds were too quiet to hear most of our stuff. So I contacted the company (someone named Sunny Hu) and this person was very, very helpful. He helped resolve the issues and told us we needed adapters to use them to get rid of the audio issues. He also offered us FREE adapters to use with the headsets and since we got them they work great! This is a great product and great people to do business with. I highly recommend them!
