I like that it's very intuitive to use for new users with no experience using any CRM software before; also great support from its team is always available when you need them! It has been difficult at times setting up some integrations but their customer service helps get everything sorted out quickly once they understand what we are trying achieve - which isn't often straight away unfortunately due mainly because our understanding may be lacking (but this can happen anywhere!). We have used other similar products previously however there was nothing particularly special about these others so far either. Nothing really stands-out enough yet though maybe if more features were added over time then things might change? At present just making sure all data flows into one place rather than multiple different places would help streamline processes somewhat better too e.g., having sales information alongside accounts receivable/payable info etc.; tracking leads vs opportunities across various channels & campaigns could improve efficiency further by ensuring relevant teams focus.
