Overall we like the car seat. Installation was super complicated for us. I was disappointed that Diono doesn’t include a manual in the box. You follow minimal instructions on the car seat itself. Days later I found a QR code on the box that I can scan to open the manual online. Initially when installing no where told me to use the anchor that attaches to the top back part of the car seat. I had to do lots of video searching to finally find someone installing using that. Our car seat seemed like it wasn’t secure and I figured that was why but I couldn’t figure out how or where to attach the anchor. Lastly, when installed the car seat as it comes it takes so up much room. My husband has a full sized truck and I as the front passenger had to push the seat all the way to the dash and raise the back of the seat to more than 90 degrees for the car seat to fit behind me. We finally figured out(after much video searching) that you can purchase and angle adjuster that helped with this issue a lot. A little disappointed it wasn’t included initially. I can’t imagine what installation in a medium to small sized car would look like. Hope this helps.
