Missing parts in multiple orders
Very easy installation however I received the product without any parts. I was missing a "pre-installed screw" (as the instructions say) which is not listed in the parts list as it should already be installed in the outer door arm (there should be one on the inner arm as well). I went back and ordered a replacement which arrived a few days later. Upon receiving the replacement, I immediately checked the "pre-installed screw" and found it was missing again. Very disappointed with the quality control.
